1. Sunset Boulervard
the opening scene of this film has a voiceover the whole way through, slowly beginnig to explain what is going on, i would like to include this in my film as i think it works well, because although there is still a sense of mystery, the audience are not completely left in the dark wondering what is going on.
2. A Touch Of Evil
I really like this opening scene, the thing i like the most is the shot used. there is just one shot used throughout the opening scene, this is a tracking shot. I really like how it seemed to concentrate on the car, then moved to the people walking, and while it was showing them, you could see lots of other things going on in the background. i also really like the music used in this scene as it seemed very convential of the 1940's and felt it fit the setting and the scene very well.
3. The Third Man
The opening scene in this film is different to the other films i have looked at because it just shows credits which is mega boring, i would not use it in my movie because i do not want to bore the audience to death before the movie starts.
